I use a combination of relaxation and specific massage techniques to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). It is commonly used to treat muscle pain, injury, stiffness, and can be beneficial for mental and emotional problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Therapeutic massage is a holistic approach that is tailored to your individual needs, making it a versatile option for those seeking relief from various conditions or simply looking to unwind and relax. Each session is client focused and geared more towards the individual. I may use a combination of cupping and Gua Sha in the session with a mixture of light to firmer pressure based on preference of the client.
