• 1st Trimester (1-13 weeks): Monthly massages (recommended for healthy pregnancies, opt)
• 2nd Trimester (14-28 weeks): 2-3 massages per month based on your body's needs
• 3rd Trimester (28-40 weeks): Bi-weekly massages, with the option to increase to weekly massages in the last month (no additional charge)
• 4th Trimester ( Post-Pregnancy): 2 massages of your choice to book after pregnancy
