Integrated Massage (also known as integrative massage) incorporates a variety of different modalities and techniques that are used to treat the whole-person and work with the root problem to help resolve secondary symptoms from chronic pain. It can also help improve your quality of life to your well-being by relaxing the body, mind, and spirit, doing so by riding stress throughout the body.
Some hands-on techniques that can be used are deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Rolfing, Swedish massage, stretches, cupping, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy. The goal of integrated massage therapy is to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses the specific needs and goals of the individual, by getting into the deeper tissue layers.

The thought process behind each individualized session:
Everything is truly connected. I will work with you and your body to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses the root cause. It can be Physical, Mental, Emotional, and/or Spiritual.
- Based on person to person: full body, focal session, or upper or lower body.
- Root cause is addressed by the tension whether past or present, emotional discomfort, stress, or recovery from minor physical injuries/surgery, even psychic pain.
- Using specific techniques and tools (stretching, Gua Sha, and cupping…) I’ve learned through school and my CEUs.
- I will always work with your body and breath to help ease any discomfort in the tissues.
- I believe as a therapist, treating the entire body as one can help release/resolve the imbalances, and bring the body back in alignment.
